Yesterday I took a client to see some properties out in Pittsburg, yes Pittsburg. The reason was they were looking for homes in the 300k range that were of good quality and value. We couldn’t find much in Concord and then started seeing some good deals with large properties out in the Pittsburg area.
I ran into a few Realtors and we talked about how the easier deals are becoming a mad rush to be first inline again which is good and a bad sign. Good for the market to pick up, bad for people that have their heart set on something. Just a heads up that this summer may bring a bidding war on the cheaper deals.
Of course foreclosures are still there and always happening. I will post the trend soon.
